Tenants security is on the top priority to the management of Butterfly residence. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas to monitor movement of staff, guests and children alike.

Access control in all the entrances of the building

To make tenets privacy more secure, we have installed access control systems in all the entrance. This will protect the privacy of tenants.

The entire building is wi-fi enabled for our tents to enjoy a wire-free high speed internet access, be it in rooms, lobby or in the pool side area.

Closed parking space for 105 cars

Specially designed spacious parking space can accommodate over 105 cars at any given time. This means hassle free parking any time anywhere and your cars are protected from heat and dust.

Round the clock emergency houskeeping

Our in-house housekeeping staff is available for any emergency housekeeping, cleaning or linen change. Apart from the mandatory housekeeping twice a week, tenants can also avail special emergency services as and when required.
